Response and resolution times are targets, measured in business hours (08:00–18:00, Monday to Friday) unless stated. Retainers renew for a further 12 months unless cancelled in writing 60 days before renewal. Incidents outside a package’s cover are billed as emergency call-outs. Prices exclude VAT.

Our experience
Qure Tech is a team of network and automation specialists. Our lead engineer spent 13 years on the core network of a FTSE-100 global energy company, latterly as operations lead for the core network team, leading the migration of more than 100 extranet connections from Cisco to Versa SD-WAN and building the Python tooling that converted, deployed and documented each one.
That work also covered multi-cloud connectivity to AWS and Azure, low-latency links to financial market data providers, and supplier evaluations. Since 2026 we have delivered office network migrations off MPLS and Cisco Meraki rollouts for UK businesses.
Every engagement is led by a senior engineer. For larger projects, specialist associates join with your approval, at the same published rates and with no mark-up.
