Privacy notice

This notice explains how Qure Tech Ltd (“we”) handles personal data when you visit qure-tech.uk or contact us. We are the data controller. Contact: enquiries@qure-tech.uk. Our registered office address is shown at the foot of this page.

What we collect

• When you contact us: your name, email address, company and anything you include in your message.
• When you visit the site: this site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and take steps at your request before entering into a contract (lawful basis: contract).
• To deliver and invoice work for clients (lawful basis: contract and legal obligation).
• To keep the website secure (lawful basis: legitimate interests).

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as UK tax and company law requires, usually six years after the end of the financial year they relate to.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers we use to run the business, such as our email, hosting and accounting providers, and with associates working on your project with your approval.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing enquiries@qure-tech.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
